Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of covercopia.com and our quote request service.
Last updated: July 1, 2026
1. Acceptance
By accessing covercopia.com or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to provide information about the business you are requesting quotes for.
2. What we do — and what we do not do
Covercopia Leads LLC is a lead generation and marketing company. We are not an insurance company, insurer, carrier, agency, broker, or licensed insurance producer. We do not sell, solicit, negotiate, quote, bind, modify, or cancel insurance, and we do not provide insurance, legal, tax, or financial advice. All quotes, coverage decisions, premiums, underwriting outcomes, endorsements, and claims are handled solely by the licensed insurance partner or insurer you choose to work with. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, products, pricing, or communications.
3. Your submission and consent
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to provide it, including any phone number you enter. By submitting the form you authorize Covercopia and our partners to use and share your information as described in our Privacy Policy, and you consent to be contacted by Covercopia and our partners — including on a partner's behalf — by autodialed or prerecorded calls, text messages, and email. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time.
4. No guarantee of quotes, coverage, or price
Submitting a request does not guarantee that you will receive a quote, be contacted, be eligible for coverage, or obtain any particular premium. Availability depends on your state, class of business, underwriting criteria, and partner capacity. Any figures, timelines, or examples on this site are illustrative and not offers of insurance.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorization
- Do not scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or bulk-download the site
- Do not interfere with the site's operation or security, or bypass any access control
- Do not use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or competitive-intelligence purpose
We may suspend or block access for any violation of these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The site, its content, branding, copy, and design are owned by Covercopia Leads LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view the site for the purpose of requesting quotes for your own business.
7. Third-party links and content
The site may link to third-party websites, including those of insurance partners. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that party.
8. Disclaimers
The site and service are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Educational content about coverage is general information only and may not reflect the terms of any policy offered to you.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Covercopia Leads LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost business, or lost data, arising from your use of the site or from any partner's conduct. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site or service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Covercopia Leads LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from information you submit, your breach of these terms, or your misuse of the site.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to that venue. You and we each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may modify these terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email hello@covercopia.com.
